These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern use of the website and services of PT JobSaver Digital Solutions (“JobSaver”, “we”), operating from Kota Bogor, Indonesia. By using our website or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Description of service

JobSaver provides automated missed-call text-back and related lead-recovery tools for home service businesses, set up and delivered through third-party platforms including GoHighLevel.

2. Client responsibilities

As a client, you confirm that you have the legal right to forward your business calls and to send automated text messages to your callers, and that your use of the service complies with applicable telecom and consumer-protection laws, including the U.S. Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA). You are responsible for the accuracy of any messaging content you approve.

3. Fees and payment

Our prices are listed in US dollars on the pricing section of our website and on the checkout page: a one-time setup fee of $99 and a monthly service fee of $147 for founding partners. Payment is made online through a secure payment link we send after you place an order. Setup fees and monthly fees are as shown at checkout. If we do not help you recover at least one missed-call job within your first 30 days live, we will refund your setup fee. Monthly fees are billed in advance and are otherwise non-refundable. 3a. Delivery

JobSaver is a digital service. Nothing is shipped. After your payment is confirmed we contact you to book a setup call of about 15 minutes, after which your missed-call text-back goes live.

4. Term and cancellation

Service continues month-to-month. You may cancel at any time with written notice; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

5. No warranty

The service is provided “as is.” We do not guarantee a specific number of recovered calls, bookings, or revenue outcomes — results depend on your business’s call volume, response speed, and local market. Any figures shown on our website, including the missed-call calculator, are illustrative estimates and not a projection of your results.

6. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, JobSaver’s total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the fees you paid in the preceding three months.

7. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia, without regard to conflict of law principles.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
